The owner made our visit to Florence such great. Staff was amiable and helpful despite our late arrival. We asked for hypo-allergenic pillows, everything was fulfilled. Had a tub. Peaceful and fantastic location, near a fortress palace.

The place was stylish and had a quiet atmosphere. Got a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet, available in the bathroom. I loved the staff, they were helpful people, and I had a really great stay. Make sure you try the food at Bottega Vasari, located so close to the venue.
